Paws for Stress Relief: Join TOP Dogs for a Therapy Session Before Exam Season In-Person
Get ready to shake off the stress and make some furry friends! The Department of Library Services (DLS) is excited to welcome back our favorite four-legged therapists this October 2024. That’s right - TOP Dogs, Gauteng's largest dog therapy organization, is returning to bring some joy and comfort to our campuses just in time for exam season!
Catch these pawsome pups here:
- 16 October 2024, 12:30 – 13:30: Hatfield campus, on the lawn in front of the Merensky 2 Library.
We know exams can be ruff, but don’t worry! Studies show that spending time with animals helps reduce stress and improve your overall mood. So, take a break, snuggle up to these adorable doggos, and let their pawsitive energy lift your spirits! Even a few minutes with these cuddly companions can make a world of difference.
Not too sure about dogs? No problem! These pups are trained, certified therapy professionals with a simple mission: to bring comfort and joy. They’re calm, gentle, and ready to help you feel your best.
Want to lend a paw? TOP Dogs gratefully accepts any donations, big or small. Your support helps them continue spreading happiness and emotional support to people in need.
We can't wait to see you there, wagging tails and all! 🐕🎉
