Check open collection books to be on Short loan/Study Collection/GV in 2025 Semester 1 In-Person
To: Humanities Faculty Teaching Staff
Please check the books in each of your first semester 2025 modules that you want placed in the Study Collection, as they may have been moved back to the Open Collection. Look them up in the library catalogue to determine their current location.
Should that be the case, fill in the attached form with your relevant details, and mail it to your Information Specialist together with the open collection shelf number, e.g. 324 HEYWOOD. Request the information specialist to get the book placed in the Study Collection for you. (Note: If you need the book in the Study Collection the whole year, please tick that box on the form.)
DEADLINE: by 17 January 2025.
