Let us Love Poetry together! World Book day 2022 poetry event In-Person
World Book Day takes place annually on 23 April. The Department of Library Services will be celebrating World Book Day on Friday, 22 April 2022 with a poetry reading, sharing, and listening gathering.
Join us to celebrate our love of poetry together.
All languages are welcome!

Venue: Book Nook, Level 3 Merensky 2 Library
All are welcome. You will have an opportunity to bring along your poem to either share out loud with the audience (and which might be shared on social media), add your poem to our collection, or you can simply come along to hear poetry and enjoy the moment together.
If you cannot be there at 13h00, you are welcome to come to the Book Nook beforehand and write your poems on our Whiteboard to share them with other poetry lovers!
